MBS Direct And MBS Textbook Exchange insufficient employee training and inadequate website Customer Loyalty Program ripoff Columbia Missouri
The employees at MBS Direct are not trained on the 25% Customer Loyalty Program bonus and are unable to answer customer questions. The MBS Direct website has inadequate information on the customer loyalty program. This results in students unable to receive their customer loyalty bonus when selling books back to MBS.
