I  sure wish I checked this site before I shopped at mbtmall.com! I too was lured by the thought of cheaper mbt shoes and purchased a size 13 pair of sneakers for my husband. The box arrived smashed up but the shoes intact. Coming out of the box, I could SEE that they were considerably smaller than the other MBTs he owns. I was right, he could not even get his foot into them. I immediately emailed Customer Service (as instructed on the website) several times, stating I wanted to return the shoes but wanted return shipping paid, as the shoes were misrepresented. No response. Since I paid with PayPal, I filed a claim for shipping costs. That at least got a company response, but I lost my case to have shipping paid. That took up one week. I have since sent 2 emails to obtain the return address which was never sent with any of the emails sent to me via PayPal. I called PayPal this morning, they do not have a shipping address on file either, but they will email the company. I think I will just put them on craigslist... I believe they are probably truely a size 10.5. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!!! It WILL happen to YOU!! By the way, if you want them, you can email me at .... Just kidding!
