mcafee had always worked with me till a few weeks ago.  Few weeks ago and ongoing issue was consisted.  Mcafee stopped responding to the subscription account and when you had a full subscription it would automatically deactivate your security account.  I called them up today with their free phone services and they couldn't do anything. They had me go to this remote chat link and had to download a software for them to assist me.  Their software was downloaded with a software error. 

Error stated unable to execute the program with their service address in that error, and the end access denied.  So then they transferred me to the premium support to help me further.  Then when transferred 10 minutes latter, they took my info and then asked me to buy their premium support to fix their issue.  Their server screwed up my account to keep my mcafee security account active so they try to scam you for more money to fix their issue. 

I have full subscription and they didn't really understand that they were dealing with me the pc tech on the phone with advanced experience with known how to read errors.  So after the phone call I told them their getting reported.  They were reported to the econsumer.gov and the FBI internet crimes for faulty software distribution and faulty products and taking my money and asking for more.  They will be under investigation because I will keep updating the agencies upon their horrible talent of trying to rip people off and trying to rip me off as a pc tech. 

I got no issue with my pc.  I do regular maintenance to my pc system daily.  I keep it clean and running safe so I can run my business for my clients.  This is the latest information, I would not buy their products unless your prepared to mess with them and giving them more money because something of theirs is not working.  They are suspects to me right now, so be very careful if your want to purchase their product, their like car salesman team, they try to trick you into buying more that you need to.  It does not slip by me at all, so be careful!
