McAfee Internet Security rebate offered not honored after 5 proofs sent Santa Clara California

Have been trying since June 03 to receive rebate. Have sent documentation 5 times, twice to the rebate center after speaking to them. After that, I spoke to someone in customer service who assured me that I would be paid and I faxed all items to her and she even gave me her direct line(# listed previously) and she never returned my calls.

After that I wrote to the corporate headquarters in Santa Clara Ca. and also Network Associates, 13465 Midway Rd., Dallas,Tx. 75244 which was listed on the McAfee Internet Security Box that I purchased. I never received any contact after I faxed my items the third time to Tracylynn Cugel

I mailed a rebate to Norton Internet about the same time and got my rebate promptly.
I have made up my mind that I will NEVER purchase from McAfee again.

My documentation was clear and concise and they said after you are rejected for whatever reason, they throw away the docs.

I am frustrated, because I know I should be reimbursed. I have proof and I am determined to see this through.
