(((REDACTED))) I bought a 5 year old display house from the original owner that only lived in the house for less than a year. We were so happy to get the display house in the beginning until we were moved in.

 1. The front door is gapped between the door and frame with a continual draft.

 2. One front window is foggy because it has lost its gas.

 3. The tile floor in the foyer is crowned, slopes to walls causing a large gap behind my wall clock at where the floor and wall meet.

 4. Door from the garage to the laundry room have the same gap as the front door.

 5. Tile floor in dinning area is also crowned.

 6. The back door was installed with the inside out.

 7. The back door won't stay shut unless you lock the dead bolt.

 8. Cracks in the ceilings at the walls.

 9. Door to laundry room won't stay open.

 10. Deck is shake and wobbly, concrete pylons not to code, too short.

 11. Vinyl trim around windows not mitered, looks as if the corners were just broken off instead of cut.

 12. Poor workmanship on rails going to second floor and basement.

 13. Corner of the facia are made of fiber board type insullation type material that are falling apart as if cardboard.

14. Back yard floods from rain run off from next door display house.

All findings were emailed to company rep, Stephanie . She informed me that the original owners bough the house as is. So I have a house that is 5 years old with no warranty. Bottom line is the house was built with substandard materials and poor workmanship. We are located next door to the current display house. My house is only 5 years old and falling apart.
