I have been called constantly for a year,often with lags of 2 or 3 months and then the calls begin again with threats to bring me to small claims court.Kathleen for one wanted payment by check over the phone and I flat ouot refused! In this case they lowered the amount from their first request...and no, I have to plausible reason for that. This began with yelloepages.com. I signed for free ad for 2 weeks,they called and said after 2 weeks there would be a charge unless notified. I called back within 24 hours anc cancelled and they refused. They ran this ad,which is not legal since it is false advertising. The company never started because of illness . I also wrote to ypc on line and they sent a link to my free listing! I saved those emails.

A few months ago another woman who was actually trying to help me straighten this out got fired. I asked another rep why and she said "obviously she wasn't do her job right " another wonder moment.

In a nutshell,this is bogus. I have never paid and I refuse to pay for something that was cancelled and is not in reality a true business. YPC which is trying to get money is in California???? and Mccathy is in ohio. Under maine law they have no rights to collect for fraudulent advertising. I'm now tired of typing and there is so much more. Hope I haven't bored this subject of the blog.
