McCloud Marketing Extremely unprofessional Richardson Texas

I don't even know where to begin with his company!! When I first saw the add for this position I thought "WOW" perfect opportunity to make some easy $$ due to my background in sales & business development. I was quickly offered the postion & started the very next day, but I quickly realized some not so professional things go on within the office. The script is a very easy & learnable script, but BEWARE this script can lead you into some messed up calls talking with people about this fraudulent acts for "roofing contractors". The owner of the company sounds very cool at first like it's a close family *got your back" kinda feel, but OH NO! watch your back. I quickly found out that he can turn on you in a minute. I only made it 1 1/2 days in until he let me go and I already within that time gave him 8 appointments for being new! He will use & waste your complete time on working there. I strongly wouldn't tell anyone who I know to go work with any telemarketing, business development or sales bckground to go work for this company. I think he so called questionable service is "VERY" misleading to homeowners. I remember talking with a few people on the phone and they never were even impacted by any hail OR wind damage from the storms of 4/3/14!!!! All it is from him is that you have to be on the phone 24/7 and it's so like a "boiler room mentaility" even though he claims it's not!! Also, he makes a clear that oh, we're a great company to work for and who doesn't watch over 24/7, on and on.. That right there is complete BS! The reason why I was let go & again just in two days almost i had 8 appointments for him! He said that you were off the phones to long(30secs) just trying to gather my c/b(call back) notes and then dial another #. I stronly think that this guy has a tight group of 3 guys and if anything happens he will automatically get rid of you!
