I regularly have visited the McDonalds store #20390 on 434 Gervais Street in the vista area in the past two years since moving to Columbia SC. Most of the drive through employees are familiar with me because they like to talk to my son. I have only continued to go back to this restraint until now due to the fact that I have a three year old who likes there chicken nuggets. Needless to say I will not be going there anymore. When I have visited this store I have always used the drive through due to the amount of time that it is supposed to take to get your order.

Every single time I go there they always either get my order wrong and or have something from my order missing when I get my order. On November 15, 2013 at 1:29 PM I Ordered my food plus my sons 20 piece chicken nuggets the same order I always order. I peaked in the bag and proceeded to drive off to go and bring my wife her lunch on her lunch break. After bringing my wife her food I noticed there was a box of nuggets missing so I drove back to the McDonalds to ask for the product I was missing that I paid for. When I drove through the drive through the same people that took my order were there.

 I told the lady in the first window what had happened and she told me to go to the next window. The young black man in the second window tried to hand me a bag with a burger in it and said have a great day. I told him I did not order this but had something missing off my order. He then asked with a slanted approach and a ghetto attitude who did you talks to? I told him I had talked to the lady in the drive through. He then said well give me your receipt so I did. He told me to pull forward as they always do.

 A minute or so later he came to my car and the first thing he said in a threatening manner was we are going to put you in jail if you come back here trying to steal food. I questioned him about what he was talking about and he said this receipt is for Garners ferry road location and threw the receipt in my car. This was a mistake I told him and showed him the proper receipt. I then asked to speak with his manager and he argued with me for five minutes about how he would bring me the food. I told him it was not about the food it was about the way he had handled the situation and the fact that he was acting this way in front of my family to me.

 He did not come back with a manager so I walked inside and asked who the manager was. I was told tam was. I walked to the front of the register and heard a manager in the drive through saying they’ll get it when they get it and ill be there when I am there in a ghetto state.  I raised my voice and told her I would like to speak with her now that I knew who she was talking about because she was pointing at my car while she said it.  I told her it was unacceptable and that I wanted help.

 As soon as I pulled my receipt out she yelled the same thing the young black man had said and told me to leave. It was extremely unprofessional and I feel there is no accountability for the staff at this location. Any time I have had a issue in the past The Store manager had tried to fix It with free food and never took the time to fix the issue at hand the service. I would like for the store to issue an apology for the service I was treated with and I would like a refund for the food I never received. I have tried several times to contact the store manager and the assistant manager I have had issues with and I have not received a response. The name of the store manager is Jamie Felder. The assistant manager’s name is Tamara Wilson also known as Tam.

Your claim that they always get your order wrong is exaggerated. Your attitude is why they told you to leave and is also the reason they have not responded to your messages. They are not required to tolerate your verbal abuse.

You told someone else to go back to school, yet clearly you are the one in need of a basic education:

The word is restaurant NOT restraint. You may want to exercise some restraint when attempting to appear smart.

The word is their NOT there. There are schools in the Columbia area where adults can complete their high school education.

The word is son’s NOT sons. If you care about your son’s health you wouldn’t feed him processed chicken. McNuggets are 50% meat and the remainder is a combination of fat tissue, bone and artificially synthesized industrial chemicals that can cause stomach tumors.

The word is you’re NOT your. You’re obviously ill educated. Did you lose your dictionary?

The word is their NOT there. That’s the second time I’ve told you that.

If as you say EVERYTIME you go to this place something is wrong with your order, why don't you spend an extra 30 seconds to actually look inside your bag and not just take a quick "peak".  By the way just how much stuff did you order that even when you looked you somehow missed 20 Chicken McNuggets.

According to you again this happens every single time yet you continue to go back.  So what incentive do they have to change?  Your actions show they can do just about anything they want and you will return.  So regardless of what you will be back to that resturant..because your history shows it.  Yea..who's the idiot now?

Oh and I am not even going to go into buying your THREE year old a 20 that is a TWENTY Piece chicken McNuggets.

So you mean to tell me because McDonald's is not a five star restaurant i should expect to not get what i pay for and i should be treated beyond poorly? If this is so in your mind your obviously ill educated in the highest sense. As far as the employees being ghetto i don't feel i should have to say it but if you act gehtto and want to work with the public leave the attitude at home. people that think like you are what is wrong with our country.

You might want to go back to school and surround yourself with some civilized people and come back after so you can see how ignorant you once were. you can always pick at something to make it seem as you want it to but you should really learn rhetoric and how to properly read the facts. The post i posted was a way for me to relieve stress from the situation i was forced upon since the management at the company would not do there job and hear it.

It obviously bothered me that the people i felt with were ghetto but the black comment was for identifying purposes only since i was unable to get his name. if your comment is not productive don't post it and make yourself look like a fool next time.

 If you insist on going to McDonalds then check you order before you leave the premises!! If not learn to COOK ! What does the ethic origin of the people who work there have to do with your food???? Seems like you had the attitude!  Grow up it is FAST FOOD!! Not a 5 star restaurant.  I sympathize with the workers.
