The McDonalds located in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma is hiring new and untrained employees at a higher pay rate than current employees. This is just one of the many problem's this store has. There is often a shortage of supplies such as handsoap and paper towels in the kitchen where food is prepared! The list could go on and on..

I do not believe the blame can be placed on the general manager alone, but the responsibility is hers to make sure the store is running properly. This report is going to focus soley on the unfair practice of hiring new employees at a higher pay rate than current employees who are more valuable. The only way this could be justified would be with a universal raise.

All of the hard work and effort put in just to find out a teenager is paid more.. It's a slap in the face. It also shows the intelligence and moral apptitude of the people who are responsible. I personally feel worthless and am seeking employment elsewhere. So are many others employed at this resturaunt. How dumb do you have to be to qualify to be management with this company?
