After doing extensive research regarding PC usage monitoring I decided to purchase McGruff SafeGuard to be installed on my chield PC. I purchased a Lifetine licence since it was a better deal ($119). I downloaded the software as per instructions but none of the tests I did appeared reported when I logged into the web site to review usage. So I tried to contact their Support folks to request help. There is no live support at all. The only option was email, which I did.
After two days of trying to resolve the problem I sent a second email to them using their web site. Nothing. Three more days and sent another email with the same results. The software is not working as it is supposed to and there is no way to get in touch with this company !! I searched the internet without any results. Since they are affiliated to the National Crime Prevention Center I tried calling their number .... no aswere !!!
I do not see how can I report them and get my money back which is what I want at thins time. ...Thieves !! Scammers !!
