McHaul Trucking Service Used and abused Pueblo Colorado

I recently started working at McHaul trucking as an otr driver.This has been the worst working experience of my life.I was hired on with 15 months experience running a reefer with no reefer experience.

Soon when I was clear across the country I was informed by the boss Reggie,that we have to do logs illegally and thats just how the reefer business goes and if I didn't like it I could walk.

I did express concern about this and it only brought tension.I got into a small accident in Pennsylvania during blizzard conditions,no injuries,it was with another semi.I rear ended a semi trailer at about 7 mph by accident.

I did what I was supposed to by contacting the company,insurance and highway patrol.

Highway patrol was caught up in clearing serious accidents ahead of me so i was instructed to swap info and leave.I did. I was hauled to a nearby ta by wrecker.
I asked reggie to send a little cash because i was going to be stuck there for a while.He yelled at me saying i have no right to be upset,only he does and refused to help me.I was then spied on to make sure i wasnt going to leave the truck.

Reggie threatened to come up and have me killed so by instinct i contacted local authorities and they couldnt help unless there has been an incident.I soon found out that I was fired off the truck and left with no money,no resources across the country with no way to get home in the cold of winter.

My sister helped by getting me a motel and some cash for a couple of days.

I then found out that one of McHauls drivers had been looking for me at the ta nearby and i thought reggie actually sent someone up to kill me!In a few hours I learned that I could get back on the truck but cannot go home until reggie says,and with a load or how ever many loads it takes.

Hitch hiking is illegal anymore so i had no choice.Every human and civil right i had was violated at this point.I was instructed to not even call my boss even in an emergency but to go through another driver to get to him.
I am home now and am preparing for a massive lawsuit against McHaul trucking.
