mci a verizon company in jacksonville fl got billed for long distance calls that is not even my phone number,and customer service was verry rude jacksonville, Florida

i got a bill for $ 131.53, in the mail from a company name mci a verizon company in jacksonville fl, for a phone i have never had or even been with mci... i called the billing inquiries 800 number they gave me and it was hard to get ahold of theme and when i did a lady was verry rude didnt want me to talk to a supervisor or wanted to listen to what i had to say she said it was a billing error and i tried asking once a gin how is it a billing error and how did they have my full name and address ??? she didnt want to answer me and hung up on me !!! i dont even know any of the numbers that are on the bill and i really dont know what to do at this moment on what to do just let it go like they told me or is there some one else i should contact since they have my information and i dont even know how they got it if some one has a cell or anything else in my name they need to get it out and loose my information out of there data base ...
