worldcom wireless is a greedy rip off
Worldcom Wireless keeps charging me for my off peak minutes and my weekend mintues. They only give my 90 minutes of the 200 minutes that I pay for. On my last bill they gave me 1362 minutes for what they called a "Free promotion" and charged me for those minutes. But yet they can't find it in the computer that they even gave me those but it's on my detailed billing invoice. I am in dispute with them right now and they are supposed to mail me a detailed list for the two months that they are trying to charge me $907.71.
The first bill that I had recieved I had to call and they had to credit me for the money that they charged me wrongly. Every month the amount that they said that I owed has gotten larger. The bill that I have recieved in September is $704.07 and I called and they could not find that bill in the system. Felica, the representative who I spoke with told me to disregard this bill. Thank god I kept it. She said that they where having problems with the billing system. They told me that when I recieve the detailed billing invoice for the past two months that I would have to look over it and make any nessessary changes MYSELF! And to call them with the corrections. They are very rude people and not helpful at all.
I am still waiting for this detailed billing and it has been 2 weeks since I called about the last bill. I even added up the minutes and took the off peak and weekend minutes off and told them what my bill should be and they said that they couldn't fix anything over the phone that I had to dispute the bill by mail and phone. They donot have a home office in Arkansas. The only way to reach them is by phone. This is very aggrevating to me. I hope who reads this letter can help me in any way possible.
