mci world com biilling

i have a one year contract with mci worldcom wireless. i stated the plan in august. i have a one year contract at 29.99 for 320 anytime minuets and 1000 nights and weekend minuets. the first bill i received was for over 90.00 activation fee plus first month i thought. i looked at the bill and i did not receive the 320 anytime minuets which meant i was paying .40 a minuet for 200 minuets. i explained this to customer service after waiting over 1 hour on the phone. i was told they did not see where i had 320 minuets but, would credit my account. the next months bill was over 100.00 i called they appoligized and credited me 60.00 again. each month my bill grows and is now 400.00 how, i never go over my minuets. no one knows why just that i need to pay my bill. i can not get anyone to help me at all. i have never been able to just pay 29.99 plus tax and it is now juanuary 30, 2002.
