I have had many problems with both your billing and customer service departments, enough problems that I have had to take time out from my life to write this letter. My bills have never been accurate or received in a timely fashion. I have had more than one payment which has not been credited to my account. I have spent innumerable hours on the phone with various CSR who have not been able to even tell me if a payment posted or not.

The last gentleman I spoke with, Mr. Friedman told me that he would send me copies of invoices which showed that the payments in question were credited. That was in October of 2001. I have not received anything yet. In November, I canceled my account with Worldcom and threw my phone in the trash.

Enclosed is a check for $285.88. This represents payment of my account in full minus 2 payments made by me (my check # 1532 for $25 and # 1571 for $99.17, both of which cleared my bank) which were never credited to my account. Your deposit off this check represents your agreement that my account is paid in full and closed. I will not expect any further correspondence from Worldcom or any firm acting as an agent of Worldcom and will consider any such attempt to further this relationship as consumer harassment.
