MCI Worldcom ripoff and lines blocked Jacksonville Florida

We a recieved a billing from MCI Worldcom approx. November 19, 2003 for the amount of 110.95. For a billing for two months of calls. We are a construction firm and do alot of business, well I over looked the bill because our usually billing for telephone service comes from Att Longdistance and it does our long distance billing and local billing.

I thought that this was a bogus billing to begin with until I was able to reach them in January of 2004 because their offices are always closed or there is voice mail. when I did reach someone they told that MCI Worldcom does all the bill for prisoners who are in prison and that ATT will not bill for this so I told them Ok since we did owe the bill I sent a check for the full amount but still have my lines blocked until they recieve the check and process in 10 days this is bad business, I feel they are unprofessional and we do need our lines unblocked because of our business our cellular telephones do not reach a certain area our guys need to be able to call our office.

They are the ones behind on their billing, not us and to be billed for two months and not sent the bill for approx. 30 days.
