i just signed up with worldcom wireless. after finding out that they gave me a long distance # from my home, i called my senior account executive 5 times. she never called back, now i find they want $200 to cancell my account. their not getting a penny from me.

I AM A SENIOR WIRELESS REP. FOR WORLDCOM IN NORTH CAROLINA. IT SOUNDS AS IF YOUR REP. DOESN'T CARE MUCH TO HONOR HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SIDE OF RESPONSIBILITIES. DON'T WORRY I'M SURE HE WON'T BE AROUND TOO LONG. TRY THIS NUMBER, EXPLAIN TO THEM THE PROBLEM YOU ARE HAVING AND THAT THE REP. NEVER MADE YOU AWARE THAT YOU WERE RECIEVING A NUMBER THAT WAS NOT A LOCAL NUMBER. HERES THE NUMBER TO CALL 800-738-4408.
