Hire McKinnis Roofing & Sheet Metal if you want human poop and toilet paper in your yard, a lien on your property, if you like being sued by your contractor, nails in you kids feet, the worse crews money can buy, poor quality workmanship, a leaking roof after they leave, and no onsite dumpsters for some of the job sites call them....  

McKinnis Roofing & Sheet Metal from Blair Nebraska claim to be the best roofing company around. In fact this is the very last company you want to use... I use to work for them and I have a very very extensive list of customers who are very unsatisfied with the quality of work etc. 

I will make a list of homeowners who you need to ask how their job went before you even think about using them.

B. . Project in Nebraska: Project in Nebraska: McKinnis Roofing in Blair Nebraska replaced her roof. A week later while mowing her lawn the homeowner found a huge pile of human poop "A weeks worth of 5 guys" in her grass in her yard with toilet paper. She had to clean it up!! The roofing crew was dropped off at 7am and left to work until dark with no bathroom the homeowner told me. She was also charged more for the work than what was signed on the contract! 

D. Pruess, project in Nebraska: Homeowner almost had to take McKinnis Roofing to court due to over billing and quality of work provided. New roof system and Siding was installed on the house and the homeowner had to have another roofing company come out and fix roof. Homeowner said he DID NOT McKinnis Roofing back on their job. 

S. Detton, Project in Gretna, Nebraska: Homeowner owned a daycare. Over 6 children ended up getting nails in there feet within a 3 week period. McKinnis was out to clean up the nails 4 times. The parents of children in  the daycare no longer wanted the children to play outside.

C Odell, Herman Nebraska : McKinnis Roofing ran up short on material and stole the neighbors felt and ice/water guard from them. The homeowner is the one who caught them.

M Kibbons: Nebraska job: Charged homeowner and insurance company  for a 50 yr heavy weight shingle and only installed a 30yr shingle. I think this could be insurance fraud.
 

T. Brock: Tekamah Nebraska Job. Very unhappy with the quality of work they provided.  Trash all over the yard and nails left over.

D. Jacobs: Blair Nebraska job. Installed the wrong style of siding on a repair job and just left it alone. The house now has 2 different syles of siding on the front of it. McKinnis never fixed the mistake.

K. Smithson: Missourri Valley IA, Replaced an asbestos roof system and McKinnis Roofing Crews broke 5 windows on the job. McKinnis Roofing tried to make the homeowner pay for the windows himself until I produced a pictrue proving that the windows were not broken before the job. Homeowner fought with them for months before I found the pictures proving it was McKinnis Roofing in Blair Nebraska.

B. Midget : Blair Nebraska, Signed an as per insurance contact and McKinnis Roofing jacked the bid up so high the insurance company totaled out the metal building. Instead of letting the homeowner keep the money to buy another building McKinnis made them replace the roof system, gutters, and insulation and kept all of the money on the job. Homeowner is very upset and she feels like they have been ripped off!

S. Luntz : Omaha NE, Got a lien on her property after McKinnis Roofing worked on the house. McKinnis Roofing replaced her roof but damaged all of her gutters. They wouldn't fix it so she wasn't paying them till they fixed her house. Very unhappy customers!
