On Nov. 10th 2007 I purchased a 2002 Jaguar from MCLS. They said the title work would be in the mail within 20 days; I have yet to receive any information. I have made numerous phone calls in which they just given me the run-around. They have one time extended my driving tags which now have been expired for 2 weeks, so I have been unable to drive the vehicle because I am expired;
I have asked to speak with a manager and they claim they don't have one; I have tried to call the company every week, because in the purchase agreement they agreed to repair both of the bumpers and they have claimed since Nov. 10th that they do not have a loaner vehicle for me to use during the repairs and for me to call the next week; I have called every week with no loaner vehicle still available and they are not answering the phone now for the last 2 days.
Since yesterday my check engine light came on and of course the vehicle came with no warrantee available, so now I am really in a bind!!

If you would have wanted an extended warranty, I'm quite sure they would have sold you one. Is it their problem now that the car has issues?
