MCR Equity Credit Member Services, Clear Financial Credit Card Scam - We will lower your interest rate!! Orlando, Florida

MCR Equity, which was not revealed until it was too late.  They called at my place of business and stated they were with Card Member Services, which is also what my credit card service is called.  They promised to analyze my current interest rate, and negotiate a lower one.  They would save me 11,500 in lowering the interest rate, then I was switched over to what they called a "financial adviser" that would qualify me, and tell me what interest rate I had qualified for, then she explained I would need to pay 1,195.00, but there were guaranteeing a savings of 2500.00, it would not be a permanant hold, and would be off my statement in 30 days.   I was then asked to go to the verification process. This is where they asked for the last three digits of my security code, and then took the time to process the card.  Before they hung up they told me the charge would be under MCR equity.  I immediately searched and found another article on Ripoff from a former employee..I immediately called my credit card company, and sadly the fraud department had already heard of them.  I am in the process of disputing the charge, but the company has already gotten away with it.  This makes me sick, when I called back to tell them to void the charge, I got the same person on the phone, and she would not allow me to talk to the person I had just spoke with.  I have already contacted my attorney to see what they can do.
