MDC Agency (tradeshowmodels.com) failed to issue a refund after the fraudulently induced us to sign a contract by Our company contracted for 2 specific models for a tradeshow. After being informed the 2 models we wanted were available, we signed the contract and sent in. Immediately thereafter, we were notified that one of the models we selected (our first choice) would not be able to appear at the tradeshow. We requested a refund. The owner of MDC Agency (tradeshowmodels.com), David Gascon, refused to offer a full refund despite fraudulently inducing us to sign the contract by saying that the 2 models we wanted were available.

Do not use MDC Agency (tradeshowmodels.com). They lie and refuse to issue refunds when they can't perform as promised.

You might as well sue!

If you are a large client, you might as well sue them. I have read that they run under 2 other agencies names. If you could get a trail started on all three of them, because all three agencies have physical locations; you may be able to help more than one business and more than one brand ambassador and/or model.
