MDEverywhere You have to actually collect money to call yourself a billing and collecting service Hauppauge New York

MDEverywhere states they do medical billing and collecting but they never work on your accounts. Their software "scrubs claims" to make sure your codes are accurate but their insurance verification software is MISERABLE and does NOT work. Every patient's insurance was either not valid or inactive, but if you call the company, yourself, they are active. So in short, its a useless feature they use to sell their software. Once the claims are submitted to insurance they are never touched again, until you request them to work on it. If the claim requires any additional work besides hitting the "submit" button to insurance companies, you'll never see your money. The multiple software programs that you have to log in and decipher through don't give you any information on your patient accounts: no notes, no updates, nothing. Their account rep refused to respond to any of my emails after using them for about 6 months. I had to contact Director of Account Management he wasn't very helpful. I terminated my contract with them and they left all open accounts hanging in the wind with no notes on the account to see where my staff had to pick up. 

In short, they are a terrible company that neglects patient accounts that need work. They claim to increase revenues by 10% but they do that based off of gross collections and any good business person knows that gross collections don't mean anything if your net collects are in the toilet. 

I would highly suggest using another service, they took their %/$ and ran. They take advantage of practices that desperately need help with their collections and put them in a worse position than they were when they began!
