Robert McMillian claims to get artist "record deals." He has post all over craigslist claiming to get you signed to basically any record label, all he needs is song, picture, bio, and of course MONEY. The fee for his services are $200 and he will shop you to the record labels, help with artist development, and have you signed in as little as two months worth of time. He has a website http://www.mdomgmt.com/ which has his roster, staff, and credentials all listed.
Now at first, i googled him and everything checked out. No rip off reports, scam alerts, or blogs about bad business so i thought, this may be a dream a blessing in discuss but it wasnt. If you go to his team tab on the top of his website (he may have changed it since i called him out on it) you will see several team members but if you google image search them they are all SHUTTERSHOCK images. If you go to his "roster" page and google image search only two come up. I facebooked and contacted those artist and they claim to never have worked with him and have no idea who he is.
So, i wanted to play around with him a little longer just for a laugh. I had a friend of mine record himself singing in german but it wasnt german language it wasnt even baby talk. It was a horrible song, he was off key on purpose, yelling in the mic, quality bad, and just horrible. I thought maybe ill send it to Robert and see if he does exactly what he claimed on the phone "I review artist and if they are not marketable or have experience i dont work with them" and guess what?...ROBERT WANTED TO GET HIM SIGNED.
Long story short, Rober is a scam artist, a fraud, and he must be stopped!. All artist out there, DO YOUR RESEARCH on these people you are handing money over to and make sure they are who they say they are.
Good day.

I know a few of the top agents over at MDO Management, and they are legit hardworking guys. Looks like they had an over zealous employee. It's too bad he dragged the name with him, but the executives themselves are pretty solid.
