I sold a box of DVDs to the company, I sent it off almost exactly one month ago and have yet to receive my check. A week after I shipped my box, I was told that it was received and would be processed. A couple of days after that, I was given an invoice in my email, showing how much my check would be for and saying it would be mailed within three days. Another two weeks after that, I contacted the company to ask when the check had been mailed, they told me March 12th and said that I should have already received it. They said that they would check with their bank to make sure the check had been cashed and get back to me. I waited 2 days and received no response, so I called again and they just told me that it had been mailed and I should have received it by now, with no mention of having checked with the bank. Since then, I have emailed them more than once and gotten a couple of unhelpful responses, but now I'm not getting any response from them at all.

If I receive my check, I'll gladly retract this report, but if I don't, I'm going to leave this report up and possibly take legal action against this company. I sold them merchandise and they agreed on a price, so I won't stop until I get my money.

I received my check today, but it appeared the envelope was tampered with. I don't believe it was the company's fault now, it appeared to be something postal related.
