media monster tv ruby media monster, media monster canada, media-monster, ordered tv series rawhide and tv series rifleman. both "box sets" were burned copies some of them even blank. i can not contact them to get my money back since i payed about 30 dollars in shipping as mississauga, Ontario

I purchased 2 dvd sets from "monster media", rifleman and rawhide. when i opened the box i noticed that the cases looked like someone printed the covers at home and cut them very uneven. when i opened the case they were all burned aka bootleg copies. 
so i decided to check them out further, just to find most of the dvds were blank with nothing on them. other ones had horrible picture quality.
i attempted to contact monster media just to find their website had been taken down and i was left with no email or contact information, just a po box. shipping was very expensive and so were the dvds. 
i am now left with garbage and negative 130 dollars. my husband is highly upset since it was the only thing he wanted for christmas. i just want my money back and i will return the dvds this is not fair especially around this time of year.
