Media Neat MediaNeat, Books Pole, bookspole Used Textbooks for New Price Glenview Illinois

Ordered a new textbook from "bookspole" AKA Books Pole, MediaNeat, Media Neat, Luke at MediaNeat from the MBS Bookstore.  The textbook was to include a 1 year copy of Microsoft Office 2013.  My class was getting ready to start.

The book arrived in a timely fashion, however, it was not in new condition (not even close) and didn't come with Office 2013.  I paid about 55 dollars for the book.

The seller initially offered me a used price of 25 dollars, and I told him it was worth about 5 (if that), but I ultimately accepted the partial refund.  He refused and said he would do nothing with the transation.

I was forced to pay an additional 80 dollars for Office.  If I dropped the course to return the book (an option give to me after escalating the issue to Barnes and Noble), I would have paid an additional 250 dollars.
