Media Works - Sports And Soaps Took $555 out of my bank account no copy of contract no contact no services rendered Valencia California

There representative Scott, met me in front of a pet store in November of 2008, was extremely pushy, promissed I would be the only pet sitting company they would be advertising in a Bristol Farms monthly news letter at $25 a month starting in January of 2009. Would not give me a copy of the paper work, said he would mail it as soon as he returned to the office. I never heard from them again until I realized all of this money had been deducted from my bank account. I contacted them by using the information on my bank statement. First I had the bank stop the transaction but they turned right around and put it back through again. I had a terrible time contacting anyone at Media Works, Sports and Soaps. I had left several messages requesting they stop deducting from my account and to refund what they had already deducted. I was finally contracted by a salesman (Mike) , who proceeded to try and convince me to transfer my business with them to a cash register receipt advertising enstead of refunding my money. He informed me the Bristol Farms advertising never happened. I refused and he assured me my funds would be transfered back into my account. This was all the way into February of 2009. Today March 20th, 2009 I tried contacting them again but of course every one was gone home for the week-end. Which every time I have tried to contact them this is the same story I get. However Mike had given me a different number so I proceeded to call it. I reached a person named Kristie and left a message. Mike did immedeatly return my call and said this was his cell number. He said he did not have anything to do with the return of my money, but told me it would take at least 4 months for them to refund it anyway. I was appalled and shocked. It has already been 5 months and now I'm being told it takes 4 months to refund the money they have deducted. Something needs to be done about the irresponsible actions of this company. They have been using my funds all this time and have the audasity to tell me it will take another 4 months for them to transfer it back into my account. This is outrageous, I am just beside myself and feel helpless, I have since had a terrible accident and under ongoing doctors care. Bill collectors calling every day and they don't want to wait 4 more months to be paid. Not only did they keep deducting my account but caused a chain reaction of bad events on my account adding an additional cost of $200 and destroying my credability with my creditors and bank. This anxioty is just more than I can handle at this point.
