Has not returned calls. Tried to dispute with PayPal and eBay and they have sent misleading information. Sent the item back to them and they are just out right not reponsive and will not deal with a sterlizer that was sent to us and defetive. I even asked them to return it back to me and I'll just absorb the repair costs so that I don't have to deal with them and they are stil unresponsive and keeping the item without refundind us the $2000 cost of the item. I am starting proceedings to take them to court and will take this to the fullest extent of the law to ensure they don't practice such bad business practices and continue to rip people off.
Feel free to contact me if you have similar claims and I would be glad to help file a class action lawsuit with this company that helps other folks resolve similar matters they may be having with this deceitful and criminal merchant.

Medical Products Depot uses 7028 W. Waters #169 Tampa, FL as a business address. That is the address of a UPS store - it's probably where they do their shipping from. They hide in the shadows so they can get away with corrupt business practices. Ebay has no problem with them, I suppose, since they sell many items. The phone number they use never gets answered.
I was curious what finally happened. Did you get the sterilizer back, or did they refund you your money? There's all kinds of reports on this company, yet Ebay loves them. I guess money talks.

I am having a similar experience. What did your packing slip look like. I guess what I mean..what was the return address they wanted you to sent to? I am curious if it was the same as mine.
