I have been a customer of MedicalProductonline.com since 2011 and I have purchased several Quattro II systems from them for my 3 clinics.  A lot of the older models have been malfunctioning (it sends intense electrical shocks causing a lot of pain).  I have told them about this problem and they replaced 2 of the items. 

 2 months ago, 2 more system started acting up again so once again I emailed them (because nobody ever answers the phone and they say we have to email them) and informed them about the malfunctioning units.  After sending out several emails, finally they responded that they will replace them but once again no action has been taken since then.  I have been emailing them weekly but no response.  I have tried to contact the owner (Mike Grillo) but he has been ignoring my emails as well. 

When I wanted to purchase these items, I was told I am one of their best customers and he had no problem calling me personally and get my credit card information but now that he has to stand behind these products and replace them, he is nowhere to be found.  Once again today I tried to resolve this issue by contacting their office and one of their rep (Delores) was so rude to me and actually admitted and she has received my emails but chose not to ignore them.  She said the owner will be calling me back but I doubt any further action will be taking on this issue. 

 I guess I have to accept this loss ($1200) and purchase more unites from another company to replace these malfunctioned ones.  I will NEVER buy anything from this company ever again.
