Medisico Clinics Ltd Medisico Plc Medisico's Directors invited us to view a demonstration of some of their treatments at one of their partner clinics and without warning, produced a set of contracts, including a lease hire Agreement with a third party finance company and asked me to sign it there and then. They claimed that if I delayed signing, the introductory two-month payment-free incentive they had offered me would lapse, as their Sales Director was going away on holiday. Foolishly, I signed the documents and when they failed to deliver on their promises, I wanted to pull out of the contracts. It was then they informed me that the contracts were binding and could not be revoked under any circumstances. West Bridgford Nottingham, United Kingdom

One of Medisico's Client Advocates approached me through LinkedIn, asking me and my dental practice to partner with Medisico to offer aesthetic medical services to the public through their Body Face Couture brand. Initially I ignored it but she kept pestering me with emails so I arranged a meeting, where she offered me a 2-month introductory incentive to provide facelifts and slimming treatments to clients using their Radiofrequency laser equipment. Medisico also promised to provide training, advertising and liaison services with my staff through their Client Advocate, as well as customer referral services through their website. (None of these services were provided within the first five weeks of my signing the contracts). I agreed to the deal and scheduled an observation of some of their treatments at one of their partner clinics. After the observation, they suddenly produced some contracts and asked me to sign them there and then without gicing me the oopportunity to read through them. They claimed that if I delayed signing, my two-month introductory offer would lapse as it was time-limited and their Sales Director, who was the other signatory, was going away on holiday the next day. Unfortunately I capitulated and signed the contracts. It was only later that I found out that, not only had I entered into a binding contract with Medisico Plc, I had also signed a Lease Agreement with a third party finance company called Rivers Leasing Ltd for three years. Within two weeks of signing the Agreement, the finance company started deducting money from my business account, even during the initial two months, which were supposed to be payment-free. When I complained to Medisico, they promised to refund the monies within 7 days but have failed to honour that promise till date. After a few weeks, when Medisico failed to deliver on their promises, I decided to pull out of the contracts. It was only then they informed me that the contracts were binding and cold not be broken under any circumstances. This involved paying almost £2000 a month for services that I was not even receiving from Medisico. I am currently embroiled in a complaint against them via the Financial Ombudsman Service and Action Fraud Police.

POSTED: Tuesday, September 15, 2015

This has been a very interesitng read. Upon further investigation I can see that this user has been correct about alot of the quick open and close companies created by Stephen Soos. The latest is http://www.genesis.clinic/

Now going from selling non FDA approved machinery to DNA and stem cell products.

While I cant do much to stop this, all I can say to anyone with common sense to please stay away. This copmany does not have a good reputation so I have no doubt that the spells trouble.

Here is Stephen's carrer timeline https://uk.linkedin.com/pub/stephen-soos/68/384/33b

Update on Ripoff Companies Medisico plc and Rivers Leasing Ltd.

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Sunday, September 13, 2015

Just an update on this report: Medisico plc has now filed for voluntary insolvency and are therefore unable to provide their promised services to their clients. UK law says a company must be able to pay its creditors in order to file for voluntary insolvency, but this bucks the trend. Interestingly, all of Medisico's "partner clinics" are owed copious amounts, yet its coffers are empty. Wonder where the money went? Cleverly though, Medisico shelved its responsibility by selling the equipment provided to its "partner clinics" through a third party finance company called Rivers Leasing Ltd, who paid them £45,000 for the equipment,

arranging with them to lease the equipment to practices over three years for almost £70,000. However, Medisico sold the service to us as a package deal of, not just equipment leasing, but also maintenance, client liaison, training, advertisement, client referral, exclusivity and territory reservation services, none of which have been provided so far and cannot now be provided because Medisico has gone insolvent. Rivers Leasing Ltd has now collected the equipment from us, intact and unused, yet are still demanding the full 3-year fees for all the above services and threatening us with legal action. We'll see how that goes.

In response to Medisico's claim that the Fraud police has no remit in this matter, please see below an email from them in response to my complaint. I'm removing any identifying details in order not to jeopardise their investigation. Re: NFR________ I’m writing to let you know about the current position of your report. The National Fraud Intelligence Bureau (NFIB) collects information from reports and puts information it receives to the most effective possible use, either through investigating crime or using the information to disrupt and prevent future criminal activity. Your report has been assessed by the NFIB and the information you have provided has helped the police to begin taking steps to disrupt the activities of suspected criminals. This activity could result in the closure of: • Fraudulent websites, • Telephone numbers, • Bank accounts. Unfortunately we cannot provide further information about this. One of the reasons is due to the sensitive nature of police work which cannot always be made public. It can take time for disruption requests to be fully processed, so please be assured this is happening and no further action is required on your part. The NFIB has not closed your report following this. As hundreds of new reports of fraud are gathered every day and added to our systems, any common links with existing reports will be picked up and can lead to new investigative opportunities. The NFIB work closely with other regulators in the UK and abroad, to stop fraudsters. We also use all reports to inform our prevention activity to reduce the number of victims of fraud. Thank you for taking the time to report this matter to us. Yours sincerely,

Lies and misrepresentations

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Sunday, August 02, 2015

If you check out the owners of the "22 partner clinics" mentioned in this rebuttal, you will find that most of them are owned by the directors of Medisico or their family members or associates. They try to pose as a successful company but check out the background information on Medisico Plc in Companies House and their current financial position. You will find that they often change their company name, are constantly changing or recycling their officers and the company has never submitted its full accounts to Companies House because they always close down and reopen under a new name. In fact, their CEO, Steven Soos sometimes changes his name to Steven Shawsh and has had a series of closed companies in quick succession in several countries, e.g. Crystal Medical in the UK and New Zealand, within the last 5 years. There are also several complaints about him on other websites, e.g. www.yasni.com. Mr Soos and Crystal Medical also received a formal warning from the FDA in the USA for illegally marketing medical equipment without proper approval and was advised to withdraw them from the market. You can view the warning here: fda.gov/ICECI/EnforcementActions/WarningLetters/2013/ucm375440.htm My advice is to avoid this company like the plague!

Reputational damage mischief

AUTHOR: Medisico - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Saturday, August 01, 2015

Due to data protection we cannot reveal the name or details of this person as they have chosen to hide their identity.

Medisico partners with quality clinics across the UK and currently we have 22 such partners.  To become a partner clinic is a 2-4 week process that includes a number of steps designed to ensure that all parties are suited to the long term contract that we enter into.

our accreditation proceso includes the following steps.

1. Initial client site visit to establish synergies and detail how our partnership works.  This is also a focus on the relationship aspect of the partnership to make sure all parties have a meeting of minds to Embark on the rest of the progress.

2.  Document disclosure.  We furnish all applicants with our area agreement and blaml lease agreementw in order for the, to go and get any professional advice they might need and this also allows plenty of time to list questions for later.

3  Financial and business due diligence.  We undertake this to ensure that the partner clinic is of good standing both financially and reputationally.

4.  Clinical assessment.  One of our clinicians visit the client site to ensure that they meet the highest standards.  If they don't we create an action plan and work time table and help the clinic to bring theirs standards up to those expected by our clients.

5.  Current site visit.  Each new potential partner visits one of our current clients to see what it is like to become one of our partners.  The get chance to use equipment, speak to other clinic owners and generally get a feel for the whole working aspect of being a clinic partner.

6.  Value audit.  We assess the density and demohraphics to ensure that we can drive the volume of business needed into the clinic.

7.  Proposal.   If all steps have been signed off we make a proposal and if the client is happy to join, they sign.

This process is  deliberately drawn out to ensure that all parties have had time to reflect and get all of the information they need to make an informed decision.

Our process is publicly advertised on www.mediaico.clinic

We will never sidestep these processes and once a clinic has signed and taken delivery of equipment the eligable staff are trained.  Sadly, this clinic owner breached his contract with both ourselves and the lease company.  This is a business to business  transaction that was executed over more than 6 weeks.

The client had this long to back out but chose to become difficult and refused to cooperate with the clinical team and finish his accreditation and training.

For public safety we cannot refer patients to a clinic that behaves this way and refuses proper training.  The action plan to bring the clinic up to standard was never competed and this is yet another reason that we will never risk patient and send them to a clinic that is not up to the highest standards.

This complainant mentions Action Fraud Police and the FCA.  It is a fact that the lease company is rightly taking legal action to recover their losses, and have in no way breached any rules.  The Police have not and will not be involved because this not in their remit.

We tried to help this clinic to bring their premises up to standare, but all attempts were ignored.  If the clinic owner would like to make himself known in the public domain here, we are more than happy to publish all documentation which will show that this posting is mischievous and has no foundation of truth.

We have many happy clients and all are only ever treated by the highest quality clinics who employ some of the best staff in the industry.  Our clinic partners operate to the strictest quality standards and patient safety is always put before profit.

This is evidenced by our growing number of happy clients who give video testimonials high you can view on YouTube and simply search for a Body Face Couture reviews.

Body Face Couture will have clinics in every town soon.  We have new clinics joining our national network monthly.
