Medizenal How the owner really handles her business Wichita Kansas

So recently I interned at the company Medizenal. I started on May 1, 2009 which is when they had their first soft opening. When it first opened Crys O'Brien, the owner, tried her hardest to make sure everything was done right for the big grand opening. Well ever since that happened on June 1, 2009 she has become a tyrant. She does not pay her employees, who do all the work, and she will not take her phone calls.

Crys O'Brien makes her receptionist talk to every person that calls, whether Crys called them first or not. All Crys does is sit in her office and yell at the employees she does not pay to do all the work. She leaves the office often to go to her home to visit with her husband and kids, but she expects all the other employees stay there no matter what.

Now recently she told me I was being shady and lying to her about hours. How can I lie about something that she fills out and signs herself?? She knew I only had this one week left of internship left before I graduated and received my diploma and that's when she blew up on me. She only started treating me this way after she found out I was going to open my own business and not work for hers. So now I'm going to pay $14000 for schooling that I didn't get a diploma for because of her actions.

Every person that I have talked to that has been through her doors for services say that they would not recommend anyone to go in for any services. The massage therapists who do all the work do not get the money for the services they provide, but Crys O'Brien takes the money and uses it to pay her bills and put gas in her vehicle.

So in my opinion Crys O'Brien is running her business horribly and I do not recommend anyone go in there for any services unless you plan to pay pretty much everything you have just to get a massage. For a month package is $300. For everything the package includes you are literally only saving maybe $5-$14 depending on which package you choose. She is ripping off her clients, her employees, and her interns. She only cares about herself and making sure she can pay her bills. Crys O'Brien does not care about her clients and constantly makes them reschedule because she has something "come up" the day of the original appointment.

Since the opening of Medizenal, there have been only 3 appointments and none of them are going to be returning clients. All together I would say there were about 15 appointments made, but only 3 actually got to come in and get their massage. That's how bad it is.

That is my opinion on Medizenal and its owner Crys O'Brien. If you want to get the most for your money or even have a good place to work at I would NOT choose Medizenal.
