My name is Ramon **** and I have a store in Rockford Illinois, my phone is (((redacted))), more than seven months to give Medrano Express in Chicago, two boxes with the following guidelines 8192509 (7/10/11) and 8192510 of (07/28/11) bound for Mexico.

To date, no reason given for these cases, my clients are totally furious about these elusive and by the time they are requesting the reinstatement of the declared value but after talking with Mr. Barrera Manager is that you can use the haste to secure the company does not declare the package lost.

How much longer we wait? It is urgent to resolve this impasse that mainly affects my business for one of these customers over to the police but retiring without insult and make fuss periodically, they live near and frecuently coming for ask about that situation two or three times for week.

It is unconscionable that a company like their employees appeal to keep waiting and do not take the decision to take responsibility for this impasse and try to spend more time to see if customers forget their package but to date almost 8 months , no more answer the phone when they want and leave or else talking or reply, if you want to send a package to Mexico or Central American, or have a business and offers the service of Medrano Express is exposed to tremendous problems that they do not interested in the least.

Beware it is a very large company and provides services for major U.S. cities but like its main office number does not answer the phone and if you want to make a claim through their customer service website, the invoice number they give you, it does not accept that their own system.

service unfortunate, never will use anymore or represent your services as a driver you clarify who came to leave your company fliers that  to withdraw its misleading advertising my business.

This case is not unique because they indicate that it is trantan several containers so that those affected must be hundreds.

Mi nombre es Ramon **** y tengo una tienda en Rockford Illinois, mi telefono es (((redactado))), hace mas de siete meses se entrego a Medrano Express de Chicago dos cajas con las siguientes guias 8192509 del (07/10/11) y 8192510 del (07/28/11) con destino a Mexico.

A la fecha no dan razon sobre estas cajas, mis clientes estan totalmente furiosos por esas evasivas y por el tiempo transcurrido estan solicitando el reintegro del valor declarado pero despues de conversar con el Sr. Barrera resulta que no se puede usar el seguro haste que la compania no declare perdido el bulto.

Cuanto tiempo mas debemos esperar? Es urgente solucionar este impase que afecta principalmente mi negocio por que uno de estos clientes ha terminado retirandose con la policia pero sin antes insultar y hacer alboroto periodicamente, igual que cuando llama a sus oficinas.

Es una empresa inescrupulosa que al igual que sus empleados apelan a seguir esperando y no toman la desicion de asumir su responsabilidad por este impase y tratar de hacer pasar mas tiempo para ver si los clientes se olvidan de su paquete pero a la fecha casi 8 meses, no mas responden al telefono cuando quieren y lo dejan hablando o de lo contrario ni contestan, si usted quiere enviar un paquete a mexico o centroamerica, o tiene un negocio y brinda el servicio de Medrano Express se expone a tremendos problemas que a ellos no les interesa en lo minimo.

Tengan cuidado que es una empresa muy grande y ofrece sus servicios por las principales ciudades de USA pero que al igual que su numero de su oficina principal no contestan el telefono y si quiere hacer un reclamo mediante el servicio al cliente de su pagina web, el numero de factura que ellos te entregan, resulta que no lo acepta su propio sistema.

Pesimo servicio, nunca mas usare ni representare sus servicios, como le aclare a un chofer que vino a dejar propaganda de su empresa que le pedi que retire su propaganda enganosa de mi negocio.

Este caso no es unico por que resulta que ellos indican que se tratan de varios contenedores por lo que los afectados deben ser cientos.
