mega site pass took money from me for 12 months without me even knowing, i agreed to a 3 day trial to there website for 1 $, thereafter thet started billing me every month for 40$ without me knowing.

i have sent them many e-mails and they said they can only give back 3 months of money,i said no i want everything back and they keep ignoring my questions and mails, who can i contact to help me?
