Megabus down the tubes... used to be great... Internet

Letter to Megabus recounting sad tale: 

I am very sad that as a person who religiously rode Megabus from the very beginning and told everyone about it, have had horrific trips on all of my last THREE trips! The worst part about it is Megabus used to be great and the second worst part is that you cannot reach anyone so everyone just gives up and does not inform you of their terrible trip. After one week of trying to reach someone, I finally did and after I wasted all of my time on the phone, I was told the only thing I could do is write to you. Customer service is everything and Megabus just does not seem to care. Here is my latest disaster. On Sunday July 25 I took the 6:30 a.m. bus from Chicago to Milwaukee. Upon arrival at Ryan Road only about 20 minutes south of Milwaukee, the bus driver said the bus could not go any further and we had to wait for another bus. First of all, he made no annoucement and just got out and sat in the bus stop. I finally said he really should let people know what is going on-communication is EVERYTHING!

He said there was water running down from the A/C. It was freezing on the bus!!! We sat there for 3 1/2 hours - I arrived after noon instead of the 8:25 a.m. arrival time. Then, (as you no longer have any NORMAL departure times in either direction as you used to) I had to take the 11:30 P.M. back as obviously I could not take a 1 p.m. back already (the only 2 choices). 11:30 p.m. is horrible enough, but for the second time in a row now, I have had to sit on the curb until 1 a.m. when the bus finally arrived (both times it came at 1 a.m.) not even knowing if the bus was even coming with no explanation from the driver and with the driver thinking it was nothing. 1 a.m. on a curb in the middle of nowhere in Milwaukee - thank God it was not raining or cold. A miracle. My outbound trip was 7/25/10 at 6:30 a.m.  and return at 11:30 p.m.  I am not looking for a refund as that will do nothing after all I went through ...Maybe a free ride, but really I just want the "old" Megabus - and people who actually care and some routes with normal times like you used to have such as 9:30 a.m, 7 a.m. and returning around 7 or at least 9 pm..these are crazy hours. You are losing customers in droves. Everyone on each of my last three bus trips (including one to Minneapolis) swore they would never take Megabus again.
