BEWARE OF MEGABYTEINFO.COM!

These scam artists have been plaguing our company with their fraud invoices for months now, they sent us a online business directory CD which we do not want nor need. We sent the merchandise back right away and asked that this invoice be cancelled yet they still feel we owe them $459.89!

They are ridiculous, extremely rude, unprofessional, and unaware of proper business ethics. They refuse to cancel our invoice and keep sending them with 2% extra interest each month, even though we did not keep their poor product.

Not only will they not cancel our invoice but they would only provide proof of order if we paid them! That is unbelievable to us. We cannot understand why this service was even ordered and they cannot provide any proof of this as well.

Beware of Sharon the supposed customer service supervisor, as she is the most unprofessional supervisor I have ever spoken to in any industry.

Do not get caught up in this scam, if they call you hang up your phone immediately. Do not pay them, they also call from a fake collection agency. Which we verified does not exist and is not related to any credit bureaus. They also threatened us with their legal department which is located at a UPS Store! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!
