If i'm giving you my social security number and DOB and all my personal info over the phone, I think i should deserve to know whom I'm talking over the phone with. He hung up on me! He advertise that he doesn't charge upfront but he asked me to pay $200 now and will see what happens! Are you joking? "See what happens " ?
