Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
They damaged a bellow boot on my car when doing alignment, refused to replace. Now I have to buy a new boot, pay extra money to replace it and do alignment again. Very unprofessional, irresponsible and rude people. Don't take your car to them, don't risk your money. I will also file a complaint on them with BBB

No matter what boot was damaged it will not require a re-alignment unless they are milking you for extra money.
