This is a caution for customers as well . If the employess are treated like animals , by employer.

How do you think your cal will be serviced there. He is the Story I was hired to work as one of his managers he has two stores .I worked there one year gave him 110% every day he hired me to work a five day week I ended up working sis days for over the first eight month over 80 hours a week sometimes 90 hours . I AM A TEAM PLAYER . I have been in auto service for over 30 years

.In melbourne I told this guy I would give him  15 to 20 years which I would . I gave him the very best sales he has has in his newest store .Every thing is great .Till I go for my yearly check up.

I am 50 this year My Dr. called me after check up to say that My heart would need a valve replacment soon .I told this owner and all heck broke loose Oh I cant keep your job  on , and on.I was so stressed but still did job every dave 11 to 14 hours a day with never a break I even had to take a remote phone in bathroom threw the day because there was no one else to take calls So there was never a meal break ever But I was a team player.last week after working my shift normall11 plus hour day my family took me To hospital and I was admitted very soon after getting there.

I called owner from hospital that am tolad him I was put in hospital and they would be doing a heart cath on fri this was thur am .He asked will you be to work on Fri ???? I WAS SHOCKED but said uh being thet will be doing this cath no I most likely wont be out of hospital. HE NEVER ONE TIME ASKED HOW I WAS DOING EVER .I told him I would call as soon as I knew .After the heart cath the Dr. opted not to do surgey at this point but put me on meds .I called him from recovery room and told him he said he had hired someone else and I was fired . Moral to story dont ever spend money with a scum bag like this . Thanks

 Just a few other facts I wanted to add.

A logic minned pearson would cleary see this in the owners and former employee comments. The employee was left  to even take business phone in bathroom with him . Do you think he was ever able to go on a lunch break ???? ( refer back to post from owner to get that answer ) I do indeed find it heart breaking that this owner would post an attack on a former employee that  has stated pure facts . I am glad to see other logic minded  posts have had a reply to this Think about this former  clearly very hard woring employees family , when employer fired him , looseing his income , and heath care coverage , and again almost his life.

This does indeed show what kind of pearson this employer is , (we can see this in the attacks from his posts) Melbourne Flordia / West  , is still a small town if you will . We can not control the hearts , minds , or morals of employers . We can however choose not to do business , with a hateful business. Yes I do belive in karma , and also in God and I do know this  to be facts .

 Here is an up date I indeed know this former employee and is a great man

This employer did indeed fire him from hospital bed , facts he never worked another day .

He lost his job and his health care coverage .

He almost lost his life due to not haveing any health coverage .

I know for a fact he did work the hours he stated that is worked 65 up to 90 per week .

Oh btw karma does come in to play it seemes that the palmbay store did indeed close after this employer threw this man in trash for needing majior surgey

although i have no connection or know anything about this meineke or the owner or employee writing this----but-----the owner really kind of sunk yourself here-------first off--you talk about you handle 800000 cars and are a great business blah blah blah----well for 1--if this is such a good place with much work-why is he the only manager???--do you NOT contribute anything to your own store and help your own employees like you are part of the team???----every owner i seen sits in his office behind a computer starin at the video cameras around the building!!!!!------------then you make a comment you dont think he could handle the job--gee--if it is a busy store and he is the only one there-what the f??------you also never denied his comments about havin to bring the phone with him to the bathroom??------you also say you had a couple of bad employees before"but none like this"--none like what-who would write a bad report about u???---why are you really that shocked????------you also mention that he asked for 8 weeks off for this medical thing and you granted it to hoim and then you say he understood you needed to bring another manager in---it sounded to me like you fired him without tellin him--you used different wording-------you also mention you tried someone else for a week and that didnt work which is why this guy was given a "second chance"---sounds more like you needed him and couldnt get anyone so you wanted him there till you find someone else------then you say a couple days later he says he dont need the time off--umm--hello----the f**kin guy though he was fired and you dint say he was fired so i think he figured to keep his job he made this request!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!------------then you mention you never exactly said he was fired till that momemnt------yes--exactly------you never exactly SAID he was fired until then-----but it seems to me he already was cause you cant have 2 mangers runnin your store---or you are 2 lazy to run your own store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!---------and if it is so much for you to handle if it was a busy store-then why are you not hirin 2 mangers?????----you seem to be more of--me me me-----i truly find you to be a scu,mbag-------then you reply to the rip off not only to defend yourself but to advertise for yourself--shady---------i think this employee was probably older and mopre feeble which is why you felt he couldnt handle it---hello---men dont go for surgery for no reason----u probably over worked his a*s and he put up with it--------with that--he is right-----karma will get u one way or the other----it is just a shame this former employee will not c it-------but mark this---you will get yours !!!!!!!!!jerk off

A former disgruntled employee wrote this and is angry he lost his job. I have been in business for 21 years and this is the first time ever having this happen. I have many long term employees and even the ones that are gone left on good terms. With the exception to a few but none like this one. He has made it a point to try to hurt my reputation and has insulted my integrity. The truth is he was under performing and not able to handle the job and one month prior it was discussed and was I trying another manager for a week, after trying that manager I thought that my current employee was worthy of a second chance and decided to let the new manager go and try the one that wrote this complaint for awhile to see if he could get the job done. Then shortly after I was asked for medical leave of eight weeks and granted it to him explaining that I would bring in a replacement a week prior for training and he understood at that time as I cant run the store without a manager. After the first weekend of being off and a replacement in place as we agreed, he tells me he dont need the time off I explained that I hired someone that was taken from another job and needed to allow a couple weeks for me to see how I would accommodate the positions with him and the new hired manager thinking maybe I would move them from one store to the other he understood at that time. After the first week he asked me if I had decided anything and I replied I needed another week, (actually five days) I was told that wasnt going to work and he became angry and told me karma would get me and he wasnt done with this. I never told him he didnt have a job anymore until that moment as he got angry and made threats I said I guess that decides it then. As for the hours he claims to have worked we are only open a max of 63 hours per week of which he was schedules off one day making the hours he was working 47.5  per week with his half hour lunch and a couple breaks per day that he may or may not have taken but was always supposed to. He was not fired from his so called hospital bed he was only released in my office in person  with others right outside the door and as he left he told them he no longer was employed . His employment ended  only after demanding a decision to be made on his employment at that moment in which I wasnt prepared to do at that time and based on his request  didnt expect to have him back for seven more weeks per his request.  He has not been honest and calling me names supports his character. I will say That I pride myself on honesty, and integrity  I have never ripped anyone off or allowed anyone that worked for me to, I have always put the customer and my employees first and all that know me and my company as well as my employees (except for this one)will vouch for this.
