Warning! I used an coupon online and requested the basic (cheapest) brake job, they agreed but charged me for the supreme (most expensive). I got my car back and a clamp was left on brake fluid line, my brakes made this horrific screech, began smoking and the steering locked up. This shop does not care about fixing their mistakes.

You have a better chance of winning at 3-card-monte, than being treated fairly with Meineke's "Personal Pricing", worse, as I waited for my car, I listened to other victims of shoddy work or being over-charged. One lady had her her rotors and brakes replaced last month, and when she came in for her oil change, they told her now her rear brakes were ready to fail and she needed to have them replaced. Another young mother had the same coupn I did from online, and they also over charged her and she had to call her husband to try and get them to honor what was on her invoice. The last victim I witnessed came in with a coupon for an oil change for only $19.99 but was charged $49.99.

Before paying for my car and discovering they charged me double for my brakes, the people at Meineke told me my wheel bearing was shot and that I needed to replace it today, that my car was making a horrible sound, and they offered to take me on a test drive so I could hear it. I told them I had never heard and sound nor had any issue and they told me it was because I needed to be going atleast 70 in order to hear it. After they left the clamp on my brake line, who knows what else they did to my car to be able to charge me for services. It should be noted, I explained to them that my car was 10 years old, and that next month I am leasing a new car, therefore, I only wanted to do the basic service. If anyone starts a class action against Meineke, please contact me, I want in!
