Meineke Over $700 of parts/service NEVER Done - discovered by being stranded on the side of the road with car broken down Norwich Connecticut

In September 2007 I spent over $700 in parts and Service that the Manager, Rob, at Meineke claimed that I needed (not including a Serpentine Belt that I had purchased, myself). I had been given a quote of $60 on the phone for putting in a purchased fan belt.

I have discovered that None of the work - fan belt, pulley, Calipers, brake line, Power Steering Pump Flush, etc. was ever done - and, in fact further damage has happened from the Power Steering Pump spraying fluid - ruining the alternator and more!!

I have contacted Meineke - the new Manager looked at my paperwork, which Rob had covered some things up in - not all - but he did tell me that the owner told him to expect calls from irrate car owners like me (I have met another). I have asked the owner to call me - but he never has responded.
