Lisa Phillips stated the following about her company, "there are a lot of areas that we offer different types of training. People can do one on one direct coaching as well. This is done through workshops, seminars, and direct coaching. On the personal development side which is everything related to a family dynamic. We do a parenting program that we run, training workshops related to personal relationships and communication and things like that." One of the many tools that they use to help their clients is a software they developed called Time Maker. This product is a management software that focuses on increasing productivity of the staff within a company and how the executives would monitor the results of what is happening. It is a very intensive tool that gives executives and management within a company total control as to what is happening within a company.

CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – GUARANTEED PROSPERITY

During the on-site interview, Ms. Phillips was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Ms. Phillips expressed the following, "it doesn’t happen very often. It can happen that someone might feel that it just wasn’t right for them. We do have a 100% money back guarantee. If someone is not happy with one of our programs, we do issue a refund. Basically, if it’s an audio program they can get a refund if it's within 30 days. They can send us a communication or an email saying that they aren’t happy. For us, it doesn’t matter what the reason is. We want to make sure our clients are benefiting from what we are teaching. And we stand by our products and our program. Someone will send us a communication or an email saying they didn’t enjoy our program, and if it's within 30 days we will issue them a refund. We don’t ask for them to return anything physical."
