there is so much half-truth in these rants about this attorney or ANY attorney for that matter that lawfully executes on a judgment.  the facts are simple - YOU DIDNT PAY THE BILLS and YOU DIDNT RESPOND TO A LEGAL MATTER IN YOUR NAME.  period.  maybe instead of being a victim and crying fowl after YOU defaulted you wouldnt be in this position.  creditors hire attorneys to pursue debt.  this is normal.  the fact that you didnt appear in court and properly defend yourself or plead your side of the case is NOT the pursuing attorneys fault.  they spent a LOT of time and money pursuing you and you ignored it.  a judgment was entered in favor of the creditor and the attorney filed the appropriate legal action permitted BY LAW to recoup the money.  your lucky you got away with being a deadbeat for so long.  how is it everbody elses fault that you cant pay your bills?  if you ignore the courtroom there will be consequences.  instead of taking responsibility you post ridiculous victimizing statements on a website that hides your identity? the epitome of cowardly.  go get a job and own your plight in life.  its not the attorneys fault.  this is a simple fact of life.  there are consequences to pay when you dont pay your bills.  if you hide from them sometimes they come back to haunt you.  this is not something new invented by this attorney.  this is a matter of LAW.  the law doesnt favor a person who ignores court hearings and the endless amount of options available to debtors in america.   

the fct that you have kids - doesnt matter

the fact that you are unemployed - doesnt matter

the fact that you barely have enough money to afford rent/mortgage - doesnt matter

the fact that you (or your cat) have diabetes - doesnt matter

the fact that you are unemployed and missing teeth - doesnt matter

you borrowed the money and lived above your means.  now it is time to pay the piper - and the court llows it because it is legally reasonable to expect you WILL repay your debt.  if you refuse to pay voluntarily the court will allow an attorney to make you pay INVOLUNTARILY.  stop playing victim - you lose your pwer with this midset.  good luck when your unemployment check runs out...

I go the bank this morning at 5:30 am to get money out to pay my electric bill & get gas. I have zero dollars. I just got my paycheck deposited.  I have no gas in my car.  I call my bank. they give me this number to call because it is frozen.  THIS d****e BAG GARVIN PERCARD aka GAYYYYYVIN PERKMYASS or l can PERKYOURASS  to my BOSS (BROWN NOSER). he must be her house boy..he is telling me to ask my employer for a $9000.00 loan to pay off my debt. He was so COLD hearted.   I was sobbing in tears all day. my rent check is going through. thank god my employer gave me some numbers to call to help me. I contacted a lawyer today. I was never served papers or knew about this judgment. this firm contacted me one time when I was laid off 3 years ago. I have not heard from them until today. Karma will get him. "wreap what you sow". I am surprised he sleeps at night. They screwed up because I am a single mother. I am exempt. now they can kiss my a*s.
