Melissa Austin of Bye Bye Fat Girl is not a certified personal trainer. She is using the NCSF certification ID number that she stole from another trainer off the Internet. She has not shown any credentials (and upon being asked will not show them) that proves that she is or has ever been a personal trainer. She posted this photo of her certification, but the real certification belongs to someone else, as you can see for yourself in this photo. She claims her certification number is 2707707, but this is easily disproved by the NCSF website.
Her goal is to sell shakes and other fitness related items that fuel her involvement in several pyramid scams. Do not be deceived. If you're looking for a personal trainer, please research and find one who works for a legitimate gym. Her stories are almost convincing, but you'll notice that when the going gets tough, she gets injured, reschedules conference calls, or just becomes unreachable.

Always beware of personal trainers, fitness instructors and diet sellers online. Especially if they're named Melissa Austin!!
