Member's Edge, ILD Billing Teleservices ripoff fraudulent charges on my landline phone bill $30.80 Teaneck New Jersey

I never signed or agreed to any body in order to sign this voicemail service. Infact I came to know about this Company first time, when I saw the charged on my local telephone Bill. ($14.95 connection charges and $14.95 monthly charges which I never used). When I called there toll free number (ILD Billing services) they were rude, arrogant and flatly denied to cancel those charges. They made me hear some recording which was not me. recording stated some YES' and my wrong date of birth and wrong name of my local phone service provider. I called another toll free number which was Member's Edge customer care. I would say so called customer care. they were another ignorant and rude people. they female representative was not ready to listen my complaint ..she just said "your service is cancelled and this is your last call to us and WE WILL NOT CANCEL THE $30.80 CHARGES FROM YOUR BILL". I was shocked to hear a customer rep. in such a tone. UNBELIEVABLE !!!!

Well... finally I called my local phone service provider and told them to send the charges back to the Company...and put it under a dispute ...and I am not going to pay this $30.80 for sure. I did confirm that it wont affect my phone services as it's a third pary bill and not regulated. so my local phone service doesnt care. which is good news... and I AM NOT GOING TO PAY THIS TO MEMBER'S EDGE OR ILD... WHATEVER....THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY INFO. OF MINE...as far as my social. d/l. or any important personal info except my name which is NO BIG DEAL so no worries but be careful u all. thanks.
