I discovered a $19.95 charge on my Qwest Phone bill this month from Payment One for Members Edge Voice Mail service, and further research showed they have been charging me $19.95 since November 2007. I called them and was told I would need to file a fraudulent report with my local police department. The local police department has no idea of how to file such a report on this type of fraud.
