Check my checking account this morning, and noticed a direct draft of 21.95, no idea of what it was, so I called the number, 888-683-4432, where some foreign person advised me that I had signed up for a membership. Apparently they got my information from an online pay loan application.

After telling her for the fifth time that I did not sign up for this service, she said she would cancel my "active membership" and would request for a refund, but would take 5-10 days for a "manager approval". I was irate! I asked to speak to a manager SEVERAL time, she kept telling me no one was available. Then she hung up on me.

I called back and asked for the company address which they would not give to me. Then the second foreign lady told me they did not give refund because I had activated my membership? UGHHH>>>>> so I have called the BBB, also am going to my bank today, and was not suprise to search the internet and file hundreds of complaints on these people. I'm an active internet person, I certainly will be more cautious when giving my information now.

I am seriously thinking of going to a lawyer.
