I was shocked to learn I had been scammed!! My bank statement showed a 19.95 illegal charge from March 2009 through August 2009, a total of $120.00 for WC Value Plus, Hopkins MN Phone 800 475 1942.
I called the company to stop all payments and got little help receiving a refund for something I never ordered.
The explanation they provided was: Along with my purchase of a Shark sweeper (TV AD) I was asked if I wanted to apply to membership services for free coupons; No that is a lie. Who in their right mind would want free coupons for 19.95 a month .
Still waiting for refund. I have notified my bank and credit card company to be on the lookout for this company.This was a criminal act meant to deceive the consumer.
