Mememe reps Stella Larbi Fraud, embezzlement , conartist beverly hills, California

I was introduced to Stella Larbi of MeMeMe Reps a year ago. The agency represents photographers, hair /make up artists and costume designers I had not wanted to be represented by the agency as I did not feel she had the contacts or experience of the field I specialized in which is costume design. I had wanted he services to act as negotiator on any projects I brought in and to handle all contracts and invoicing. On completing a recent film she had invoiced the film company for my pay and had asked for the checks to be made payable to Mememereps or Stella Larbi which clearly indicates she could put money in her personal account. The productioon company paid her and Stella confirmed she had recieved the money but kept making excuses to meet up and pay me. She then said she had sent via transfer and on speaking to her bank manager and the teller who she said she dicsussed this apparently with they confirmed this had not been discussed.

I spoke to Stella for over 2 weeks and was constantly given excuses. Over 8 weeks have passed and there is now no communication. The last email said her lawyers were going to contact me but she clearly has no lawyers as could not give me their information.

Another photographer represented by her has also not been paid. We also discovered another 6 artists she has also not paid.

She is signing up new artists and she needs to be stopped as will embezzle money from them too.

She is playing the victim card and says she was in hospital for a week which has bearing on this matter even if she was as the money should have been paid weeks before.

What she has done is criminal and believe she should recieve a custodial sentence for the damage she has caused. To date I am still owed $2500 plus because she never even signed me contract prior to filming have lost another $1500 in fee's.

This woman needs to be stopped now.
