MemoryTen MemoryX does not reply e-mails on memory not delivered Internet
I bought a memory stick from MemoryTen in Dec 19, 2013 and paid with PayPal. As no shipping information was given by MemoryTen, I sent several e-mails asking for a tracking #. No replies were given and I opened a complaint with PayPal. After a couple of days, an answer came from MemoryTen providing a tracking #. With that info, I closed the PayPal complaint (gross mistake). The parcel is still undelivered as of Feb 8, 2014. Many e-mails sent to MemoryTen without replies. I tried to reopen the complaint with PayPal but they say it's not possible. So here I am with cash spent and no memory.
