I sent my rebate forms to Menards on time and after 3 month did not receive it. I checked the rebate status and shows it paid on Melrose park Menards store that I never been their. Menards guest service did not help for find who cash it and I did not receive the rebate at all. It might be stolen during of delivery by post office that I do not know about that or something else happen. please see these emails:

The police department informed "it is not come to my property therefore is not mine. "

The police department also says this is Menard fault because they did not put the card inside the envelope to cover the amount from stolen prohibit.

Are you suggest I get lawyer to lawsuit this case in the court for Menards fault?
